Korean culture that foreigners envy #public safety (치안)
#치안(治安, public safety) Pickpocketing or robbery is common enough for Koreans to take security as a precaution when traveling abroad. On the other hand, in Korea, it is so safe that there is almost no stealing even if you leave your items in a restaurant or cafe and leave your seat. In response, some foreigners released a video on YouTube of an experiment in which they left their laptops and left their seats at a Korean cafe.
