《Insight Asia - Noodle Road》 (hereinafter referred to as 《Noodle Road》) is a six-part documentary produced and aired by the Korea Broadcasting Corporation (KBS), which explores the origin and development of noodle dishes, one of mankind's foods. As a result, it received attention using an approach that uncovers the development and characteristics of human civilization. Producer Lee Wook-jeong, who was responsible for the production of the program from planning to directing, published a book, Noodle Road, which contains the production process after the TV broadcast.
