Hangzhou Asian Games Korean soccer, baseball, and fencing winning streak


The Korean baseball team, led by coach Ryu Joong-il (60), defeated Chinese Taipei 2-0 in the Hangzhou Asian Games baseball final held at Stadium 1 of the Shaoxing Baseball and Softball Sports Center near Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China on the 7th.

Korea gave up the first goal early in the game, but in the 27th minute of the first half, Hwang Jae-won (Daegu)'s cross was headed to Jung Woo-young (Stuttgart) for the equalizer, ending the first half with a 1-1 score.
