K Food Show, the land of soup! A Korean meal begins with a spoonful of soup. From soups, stews, stews, and hot pots, Koreans are serious about ‘soup’! What on earth does ‘soup’ mean to Koreans? Part 1 <Soup Journey>. A soup trip of three gourmets to the famous city of soup!
The first city is Jeju! Jeju has developed a unique soup that cannot be found on the mainland. Due to Jeju's geographical characteristics as an island, fish soup has been made with freshly caught tilefish and cutlassfish since ancient times, and on days when village feasts are held, domestic pigs are slaughtered and boiled and eaten as body soup.
